  29. I use the 4.07 beta (4.00K if you use the Version command on LW), just 
  30. because.  I'm a student, so I don't do paying jobs (unless anyone here 
  31. wants to hire me for freelance :) ) and so I don't really worry about the 
  32. limitations of the beta.  Biggest problems are that the entire interface 
  33. appears to be slowed down and the MAJOR memory like (I've lost a meg of 
  34. RAM at a time when clearing a scene), and Import/Export failing.  Unless 
  35. you're using the Glow feature or some of the new Modeler plug-ins, you 
  36. don't really have to bother (I just need to have the newest thing :) ).

  38. Actually, Modeler's pretty stable, so as long as you don't use 
  39. Import/Export, you can use Modeler 4.0 beta and Layout 3.5, and it should 
  40. be fine.

  42. Hopefully we'll get a real 4.0 that'll work just as well as 3.5 did -- 
  43. maybe better. :)
